I've got 4 brothers, all similar ages. I remember one brother pulling a similar stunt while we were all shopping for groceries with our really sweet gentle mum. She grabbed him, hauled down his shorts and gave him a resounding smack on his bare bum with her hand and hauled his shorts back up again, it all took 3 seconds. Problem fixed permanently, period. One red faced kid, 4 white faced kids, 40 grinning shoppers and a whole town who knew who was boss of THAT family.
